1. Agreement

By using IponPal you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. You must be at least 18 years old to use IponPal.

2. What IponPal is — and is not

IponPal helps you record what you spend, set savings goals, and understand your habits. It provides general educational information and coaching prompts.

IponPal is not:

• a bank, e-money issuer, or payment service — we never hold, transfer, or touch your money;
• a lender or lending platform — we do not offer loans of any kind;
• a licensed financial adviser, investment adviser, broker, or dealer;
• an insurance or investment product.

Nothing in IponPal constitutes investment, legal, tax, or professional financial advice, and nothing in it is a recommendation to buy or sell any financial product. For advice specific to your situation, consult a licensed professional.

3. Your data, your responsibility

IponPal does not connect to your bank. Every figure comes from what you enter. Your Financial Health Score, budgets, charts, and coaching messages are only as accurate as your entries, and are estimates for guidance — not a statement of your actual financial position.

Keep your sign-up details accurate so you can restore your data. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter.

4. Availability

IponPal is provided "as is" and "as available". We are a small team and the service may be interrupted, changed, or discontinued. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we are not liable for losses arising from decisions you make using the app, to the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law.

Your data remains exportable at any time from Profile → "Export my data (JSON)". We recommend keeping your own copy of anything important.

5. Cost

IponPal is currently free while in early access. If we introduce paid features in the future, we will tell you clearly beforehand, and a free version will remain available. We will never charge you without your explicit agreement.

6. Acceptable use

Please do not attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the service or to other users' data, and do not use IponPal for anything unlawful.

7. Your content

What you write in IponPal stays yours. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store and display it back to you, and to operate the service as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Ending your use

You may stop using IponPal at any time and delete all your data from Profile. We may suspend access if these terms are seriously or repeatedly breached.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, and any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the appropriate Philippine courts.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified in the app before they take effect.
