PhilHealth Contribution Table 2026

How much PhilHealth takes from your pay in 2026 — and how much your employer matches.

Effective January 2026

PhilHealth is your government health insurance. In 2026 the premium is 5% of your monthly basic salary, split down the middle: you pay 2.5% and your employer pays the other 2.5%. This page shows the table and lets you check your own salary.

Counted between a ₱10,000 floor and a ₱100,000 ceiling.

How it works

PhilHealth takes 5% of your monthly basic salary as the total premium, then you and your employer each shoulder half. If you earn below ₱10,000 the premium is based on ₱10,000. If you earn above ₱100,000 it is based on ₱100,000 — so the deduction stops rising there.

Questions people ask

How much is the PhilHealth contribution in 2026?

The 2026 premium rate is 5% of your monthly basic salary, split evenly. The employee pays 2.5% and the employer pays 2.5%. Salaries are counted between a ₱10,000 floor and a ₱100,000 ceiling.

How much PhilHealth is deducted from a ₱25,000 salary?

The total premium is 5% of ₱25,000 = ₱1,250. You and your employer split it, so your share is ₱625 per month.

What is the minimum and maximum PhilHealth deduction?

The least an employee pays is ₱250 a month (on salaries of ₱10,000 or below). The most is ₱2,500 a month (on salaries of ₱100,000 or more). Earning above ₱100,000 does not raise it.

Is the PhilHealth rate still 5% in 2026?

Yes. Under the Universal Health Care Act the premium rate is capped at 5%, and it stays at 5% for 2026.
